If you find it, you will be able to open up a shortcut. Once you find the switch, you can proceed to the third riddle which is the chest holding the golden skull.Here, you have to go north and kill the boss. It's actually the same as the one you fought earlier. After killing the boss, go to the chest and take the skull. It contains the key to the dungeon, so go through the door to the south of where you found the switch.
